Dimitar Blagoev serves as the Deputy Chairman, International Relationships, for the Russian Union of Christians of Evangelical Faith (RUCEF), one of the largest evangelical movements in Russia with over 1000 associated local churches. Dimitar also oversees a fellowship of over 50 evangelical churches called the Global Strategy Christian Association, which is an active member of RUCEF.
